Individual Therapy
Modalities & Tools*

I work with adults 18+ who are ready to explore what’s no longer working and begin moving toward a more grounded, connected version of themselves.

Common reasons people reach out:

  • Feeling stuck in anxiety or depression

  • Navigating a life transition (relocation, new job, identity shift)

  • Living in long-term recovery and ready to explore underlying trauma

  • Worrying about a loved one in active addiction

  • Struggling in relationships or repeating painful patterns

  • Seeking healing after higher levels of care

Session Length: 60 or 90 minutes
Available: In-person (Bellevue, TN) and Telehealth (TN & FL)
Day-long Intensives: Available by request

*My approach is always tailored. Tools are helpful—but your lived experience leads.

I integrate multiple approaches depending on your needs:

  • EMDR – structured psychotherapy that helps people heal from trauma and other distressing life experiences

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS, Parts Work) – to understand your internal system and become self-led by traits of your true self

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) – to gain skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness and interpersonal effectiveness

  • Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) – to support healing by creating a safe, guided dissociative state that enhances neuroplasticity and helps integrate new insights.

  • Breathwork – for emotional release and nervous system regulation to break through blocks towards healing

HOW TO GET STARTED

I offer free 30-minute consultation calls so we can assess fit. If it’s not the right match due to needs, scheduling, or cost, I’ll offer referrals that may be a better fit for you.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is therapy only for serious issues?

No. Many people come to therapy simply to better understand themselves and improve their day-to-day life. You don’t have to be in crisis to begin.

Will you tell me what to do?

Nope. I don’t give advice or directives. I guide you to explore your own wisdom and truth.

What if I’ve tried therapy before and it didn’t help?

Therapy works best when the relationship feels safe and supportive. If it didn’t work in the past, that doesn’t mean therapy isn’t for you—it just means the fit wasn’t right. Let’s talk about what you need now.

Do I have to share everything right away?

Absolutely not. You set the pace. You’re never required to share anything until you feel ready. Therapy works best when trust is built gradually and consistently.

What is EMDR?

EMDR is a therapy that helps your brain heal from trauma. It uses gentle techniques—like eye movements or bilateral stimulation—to help you process painful memories so they feel less overwhelming. You don’t have to talk through everything in detail. We go at your pace, and your brain does the healing work.

How long is each session?

Sessions are available in 60- or 90-minute formats, depending on your goals, needs, and pacing preferences. We'll decide together what feels most supportive.

What happens if we do a consultation and it’s not a fit?

That’s totally okay. The consult is simply a space to explore your needs and see if working together feels right. If we discover it’s not the best match—whether because of schedule, finances, or focus—I’ll gladly offer referrals or point you toward someone who might be a better fit. You won’t leave empty-handed.
