I’m a trauma and addiction specialist, licensed in Tennessee and Florida.
I didn’t always know I wanted to be a therapist. In kindergarten, I wanted to be a horse trainer. In college, a dietitian—until I failed chemistry (twice) and changed majors. What I found in clinical psychology wasn’t just a field. It was a calling.
I love being a therapist because it asks me to be the best version of myself. That means I do the work too. I’m currently in therapy, and I believe one of the bravest things we can do to ask for help, show up honestly, and choose healing even when it’s hard.
I offer a nonjudgmental, identity-affirming space where you don’t have to explain yourself to be understood. You don’t have to be in crisis to start therapy. You just have to be ready to explore something different.
